For Website - How to Deposit Fiat Money (Bank Transfer)

IMPORTANT:

You are reminded to only deposit from your own bank account. Depositing from another person's bank account will incur you an admin fee of RM50 for the refund process.

Fiat deposit through bank transfer is a 2-step procedure:

• Making a deposit request on Tokenize platform. (Step 1 - 4)
• Performing an online bank transfer on your internet banking site. (Step 5)

Follow the steps below to successfully deposit funds into your Tokenize wallet via bank transfer.

Step 1: Please log in to your Tokenize account here.

Step 2: Click 'Wallets' at the top right corner of the website and then, click 'Deposit'.

Step 3: Select 'Bank Transfer' as your payment method. Then, choose your Funding Source and enter your deposit amount.

Step 4: Once done, click 'Request Deposit' to create a deposit request.

Step 5: You will receive an email from Tokenize and required to login to your online banking site to perform an online bank transfer. Please note to enter the correct deposit amount and memo/reference code for your funds to reach your Tokenize Account. 

Your deposit may take up to 2-3 business days to reflect in your ringgit (MYR) wallet if the steps were followed correctly. You will be notified once your deposit has been allocated, then you can buy digital assets with that balance.
